Every Saturday, the Hipsz family runs a stall at BioBazar. There, you can meet Andrzej, his wife Basia, and their daughter Marta. The farm is located in Serock near Warsaw and specializes in growing vegetables and fruit. Here you can buy fantastic potatoes of many varieties, including purple-fleshed potatoes, soft fruits, with the season opening in May with strawberries, as well as apples, pears, plums, and wonderful tomatoes in the summer. In early spring, you can get wild nettles, dandelions, and sorrel at their stand. The Hipsz family is also famous for their phenomenal pickles – you can buy pickled cucumbers and cabbage, as well as homemade mustard.
