Tradycja Smaku

Stand number:

12a

We invite you on the following days:

Tuesday – Saturday

‘Tradition of Taste’ is a selection of exquisite traditional cured meats from Podhale, ‘right at the foot of the Tatra Mountains’ – interestingly, they are all produced without the use of sodium nitrite. A distinctive feature of these cured meats, produced without curing salt, is their colour – less intense, with a greyish tinge – which may surprise some, but it is a testament to our consistent adherence to traditional Polish recipes. The flavour of the products is extraordinary; give them a try and you’ll see for yourselves. The range also includes gluten-free certified products, which have been produced in a separate production cycle and are suitable for those with gluten intolerance. You’ll also find fresh veal and rabbit meat on the shelves at Tradycja Smaku every day. When it comes to organic meat, you can always count on poultry. As well as Podhale specialities and raw meat, at Tradycja Smaku you can also buy dried French and Lithuanian sausages, as well as Podhale highlander cheeses – perfect as a snack on an evening platter. On Saturdays, you might find a hotplate set up right next to the stall, serving roasted Złotnicka pork – this is meat from a native breed, which is listed as a Traditional Product in the Wielkopolska Province. So you can pick up a ready-made, still-warm dinner.
