Wolny Wypas (Free Grazing) is a cooperative of organic farmers from the Low Beskids. Under this banner, producers of the best organic pork, lamb, poultry and beef operate. Free grazing is key here – bulls, lambs and poultry are grazed on lush mountain meadows. This method of breeding directly translates into the quality of the meat. The vegetation covering the pastures changes with the seasons, which means that the animals’ diet is varied. At the Wolny Wypas stand, you can buy French chickens, which grow much larger than the popular varieties. Chicken from Wolny Wypas has relatively dark meat and requires longer heat treatment – it is delicious. There are two price lists available at the stand – one for products that are always in stock, and the other for items available to order. Ask the seller, as sometimes less popular delicacies are available, such as beef tenderloin, cheeks or ossobuco, which are perfect for tartare.

Wolny Wypas also uses organic meat to make delicious ready meals, cold cuts, terrines and sometimes even dumplings.
