Żarcie Mamuśki is a multi-generational team of mothers (including one father) whose passion for food and cooking has become their daily work.

They have been operating since September 2014. They specialize in the production of handmade dumplings. That’s how it all started, and in the following years, they gradually expanded their pierogi family to include dumplings, pancakes, sandwich spreads, cutlets, soups, and many other breakfast and lunch dishes. It is important to note that their dishes are dominated by spelt flour, and they avoid wheat flour.

The best handmade dumplings, original fillings, unusual flavor combinations, a homely atmosphere, and friendly service – these are the words often repeated by customers.

In the kitchen of Żarcie Mamuśki, tradition meets modernity – the recipes come from grandma’s cookbooks, but it is only when combined with inspiring ideas and combinations that the unique taste of the dumplings is created. Roasted goose with pear and rosemary, beetroot with red onion jam, eggplant with arugula and sun-dried tomatoes, as well as many other dumplings will tempt you to try them. Russian and beef dumplings are classics in their purest form – the right proportion of potatoes and good cottage cheese, beef from Grandma Ela’s homemade broth – and we have a recipe for success.

The stand offers a wide range of dishes for people who avoid gluten – Mamuśka uses gluten-free flours in their production, although she always emphasizes that these dishes are not strictly gluten-free – as yet, there is no separate production line for gluten and gluten-free products in the kitchen.

Honesty is paramount in the kitchen – from the selection of suppliers, through the process of preparing the fillings, to making the dough and shaping the dumplings. The product you receive is of the highest quality in terms of taste, appearance, and nutritional value. The ten years of effort put in by Żarcie Mamuśki are appreciated by customers, whose numbers are growing every year.
