The Barwy Zdrowia brand consists mainly of fruit, vegetables and cereals from Tomasz Obszański’s organic farm. The farm is located in Tarnogród, in the eastern part of the Sandomierz Basin. This region is increasingly referred to as the Organic Food Valley. In 2011, Mr. Tomasz’s farm obtained organic certification, and since then he has been consistently promoting the idea of a healthy lifestyle. Under the Barwy Zdrowia brand, he has gathered a large group of producers from this ecologically rich region. In addition to fruit, vegetables and oils from his own farm, the range includes organic ready meals – Silesian dumplings, croquettes, pancakes and pierogi, seasonal soft fruit – including delicious strawberries in spring, pickles and seeds.
