It is a small confectionery workshop run by Paweł Rodak, a creative lover of vegan sweets. He specialises in cakes and desserts made from ingredients that do not contain gluten, lactose, eggs or white sugar. His offer is varied, and every time you visit Paweł’s shop window, you can find something interesting. What’s more, Paweł asks his guests what they would like, and then tries to meet the challenge. Delicacies on a gluten-free base – why not? Tiramisu with plant-based mascarpone – sure! A generous cake without a gram of eggs or cream – no problem!
