A wonderful family story. The mother passed on her love of ecology to her daughter, and thanks to this, the good tradition continues, and we can benefit from it. The farm run by Grażyna and Agata produces vegetables, fruit, the long-loved sauerkraut and pickled cucumbers, and dairy products made from the milk of Polish Red cows. The butter is made by hand, just like in the old days, and has a taste that moves you – rustic, authentic, inimitable. Agata is known for making phenomenal salads – vegetable salad with organic beans and potato salad. Both have the green leaf label, meaning they are certified organic. It is worth mentioning an ingredient that is key to ensuring that the salads always turn out perfectly – the Lord potato, grown on the farm. Lord potatoes are yellow, starchy, firm, and can be cut into small, neat cubes. We miss the tomatoes from the Zająców family for 10 months, and when the season comes in August, we eat them for breakfast, lunch, and dinner to fill ourselves up for the whole year – we can never get enough of them!
