Since 2005, Jasiołka Meat Processing Plant has been offering a wide range of organic pork and beef cold cuts. It was the first company in Poland to start producing organic matured cold cuts. Jasiołka specialities are made in the Podkarpacie region from high-quality meat from native breeds. Cattle and pigs have free access to pastures and are fed organically, without antibiotics or growth hormones. The plant uses traditional recipes based on natural ingredients and does not use preservatives. Lactic acid bacteria are used in the production of raw cured meats, which, in combination with sea salt, prevent the growth of harmful bacteria. Smoking at Jasiołka is done over beech or alder wood. Among the bestsellers at BioBazar are the excellent Dukielskie sausages, Old Polish Galician meatballs and Sarmatian roast, smoked pork and beef products, and long-matured cold cuts. Some of the products are made with natural sea salt without the use of sodium nitrite.
