The Lawendowa Spiżarnia pod Wiatrakiem stand is a paradise for the senses – not only is it delicious, but it is also beautiful. Dorota and Piotr always take care to present their products beautifully – jars, packets of herbal tea, cakes, juices – everything looks fabulous and is packaged by hand with attention to the smallest detail. The farm was established in 2016, when its owners decided to change their lives completely and moved to the countryside to grow lavender. Currently, 10 varieties of this aromatic plant are grown on the plantation. Lavender has its permanent place in the products – you will find flowers in some jams, teas, biscuits, aromatherapy candles and scented pillows. Our exhibitors are extremely creative, so you can buy unusual delicacies such as apple butter – a delicious, long-cooked apple mousse which, when reduced, becomes very sweet and resembles butter in consistency. There is also orange jam, which is delicious on fresh white bread, but also goes very well with cheese. There are tall cheesecakes and heavy poppy seed cakes.
