NovaBio was founded many years ago in Warsaw by Uncle Ali, whom you know from the stall. Even then, he appreciated ecology and spread this idea among his farmer friends. NovaBio was awarded an organic certificate several years ago, and since then the company has consistently specialised in fruit and vegetables from Poland and abroad. At BioBazar, the stall is run by mother and daughter Ela and Ala. NovaBio offers fruit and vegetables from around the world. Here you can find organic delicacies from different parts of the world – pomegranates from Peru, citrus fruits from Italy, South Africa or the Netherlands, depending on the season, as well as papaya, passion fruit, aloe vera and melons in a variety of varieties. During the season, the range is expanded to include products from Polish organic farms. In winter, you can count on tasty tomatoes imported from Italy and Spain. NovaBio also offers brilliant vegetables and preserves from Dobrodziej, an organic farm in West Pomerania.
