We invite you on the following days:

MyEcolife existed before BioBazar was born; it was the catalyst for its creation, starting with the supply of organic products at a time when their availability on the domestic market was negligible. Today, the MyEcolife stand at BioBazar operates under the name FABRYKA Deli, and its range is expanding every week with new and interesting products. The core of the offer consists of products with the green leaf label, but you will also find excellent products from small manufacturers and farms that are produced in a traditional way but do not have an eco-certificate. Organic cheeses from the Netherlands have been a sales hit for years, with Kaandorp as the main partner, supplying hard cheeses made from cow’s, Jersey, goat’s and sheep’s milk. There is plenty to choose from – the taste is influenced not only by the type of milk used, but also by the additives and the maturing time of the cheeses. Interestingly, all Dutch cheeses available at the stand are made using microbial rennet, which means that vegetarians can enjoy their taste. MyEcolife is the exclusive distributor of these cheeses in Poland. Eggs from Gochówka in the Lublin region, young Gouda and young goat’s cheese are perennial bestsellers at FABRYKA Deli. Every week, fresh cheeses from Figi, KozichŁaw and Bianca Mozzarella arrive at the stand.

As Fabryka Deli is primarily a cheese kingdom, French classics are a must! The stand’s permanent offer includes cheeses from La Petite France – world-famous and appreciated Brie, Camembert from Normandy, Mimolette, Roquefort matured in rock caves according to tradition… Alongside these, Fabryka Deli also offers many other excellent cheeses made according to traditional local recipes. But it is not only France and the Netherlands that reign supreme in Fabryka Deli’s refrigerators – there are also English cheeses, such as the brilliant organic cheddar from a regenerative farm in Godminster and the original organic Stilton.

Kombucha is a great addition to cheese. Laurent de Bremaeker creates kombucha inspired by different regions of the world. The flavours are captivating and perfectly balanced, making it a tasty and healthy everyday drink, as well as an excellent alternative to wine.

At the stand, you can also buy unpasteurised kombucha from Forever Young Kombucha straight from the keg or take away a portion of chilled kombucha in a can.

At stand number 38, you can also get some great apple honey from Pasieka Szczęśliwa in the Lublin region. It’s a rare delicacy, have you tried it? We urge you, and especially encourage you, to combine this honey with fresh white bread and goat’s cheese, because it’s a fairy tale, ladies and gentlemen!

Every Wednesday, fresh pesto from Pracownia Utarte arrives at the stand. The girls specialise in classic basil pesto, but they also surprise with seasonal flavours, so depending on the month, you can try pesto made from wild garlic, rocket, parsley or young spinach.

Kasia from Podlasie, who bottles seasonal flavours, also has a growing group of fans. Hyćka, rose petal syrup, black mallow syrup, sauce made from tomatoes and peppers ripened in the summer sun – it’s a real concentrate of pleasure 🙂

EdReda products have become a hit in the Fabryka Deli range – these are restaurant dishes sealed in tins that you can reheat at home in no time – meat and vegetarian options are available. They do not need to be kept in the fridge and have a long shelf life. It is worth always having them in your pantry!
