Can you smell that aroma at BioBazar? Yes, it’s JAVA CAFE brewing perfectly roasted, freshly ground coffee. JAVA CAFE Speciality Roasters has become a permanent fixture at BioBazar.

It is the flagship of JAVA Coffee Roasters, a specialist coffee roaster located in Warsaw. Here you can buy freshly roasted Arabica beans and delicious coffee brewed on site using both alternative methods and the best quality espresso machines. As an addition, organic milk or plant-based drinks from the wide range of Rude Health and Sproud are available.

On site, baristas from the JAVA CAFE team will answer all your questions about beans, their origin, characteristics and how to brew coffee at home. They are always helpful and smiling, happy to advise you, dispel any doubts and serve you the best (in our humble opinion) coffee in town. In addition to coffee, at JAVA CAFE you will find croissants and puff pastries baked on site, as well as yeast buns from artisan Warsaw bakeries.

If you prefer to start your day with tea, you can also choose from a selection of delicious loose-leaf teas and herbal and fruit infusions from SUKI Tea, sourced only from ethical sources.

Every day, the display case is filled with nutritious sandwiches with interesting fillings – you have to try them! Choose a sandwich filled with whatever appeals to you most and eat it with your favourite drink while enjoying the view of the Norblin Factory, or take it with you and continue on your way.
