Jarosław and Natalia established a family farm in Racibory, Mazovia. After years spent in Warsaw, Italy and the French Riviera, they decided to settle permanently in the Mazovian countryside, where they simply feel happiest. The farm breeds goats and Jersey cows, has an orchard, a horse stud and a small agritourism business. The owners often emphasise that they try to live in the old-fashioned way, adhering to traditional methods. It is undoubtedly thanks to this old-fashioned approach that goat’s cream cheese from Raciborów is so delicate in taste. It is available in several flavours, and goat’s cheese balls in oil and blue cheese in ash are also very popular. Mr Jarosław has also recently started making cold cuts, which are excellent and already have many loyal fans. At the Manufaktura stand, you will most often meet the owners’ daughter, who knows the production process inside out and can tell you many interesting things about the products.
